For exports to countries other than India, ARTDEAL Auction House usually handles customs clearance. However, if you decide to handle customs clearance yourself or through a third party you hire, keep the following in mind:
1. All things will be regarded delivered at the customs site in the destination country, not at the shipping address in your purchase information.
2. Once our logistics carriers have turned over the necessary documentation for self-clearance to you/your designated agent, your order will be declared delivered.
3. After the documentation is handed over to you/your authorised broker and while customs clearance is underway, ARTDEAL Auction House is not liable for the storage or any damage to the artwork(s) and that particular object.
4. Any delays in customs clearance are not the responsibility of ARTDEAL Auction House.
5. ARTDEAL Auction House is not responsible for the condition of your product once it has cleared customs.
